AIDA 2
BEGINNER COURSE
PRICE: 300€
The AIDA 2 cursus takes 2,5 days (equiment and insurance included)
The course takes place in Dahab, in the heart of the Red Sea
Prerequisites :Â
Be 18 years old or older (From age 16 with guardian consent) / Be able to swim at least 200m non-stop without fins or 300m with fins
We will have :Â
1 static session / 1 dynamic session / 3 open water sessions
At the end you will be able to :
Hold your breath for at least 2min in static apnea
Swim with fins on at least 40 meters distance in apnea
Dive to a depth of 12 to 20 meters
Rescue your freediving buddy
You will get to exeperience all the disciplines of freediving in order to discover their different “uses”. You will learn how to safely go on snorkeling trips with your buddy as well as the physiological bases allowing you to increase your apnea time.Â
You will finally see that you are capable of going beyond what you thought possible.
The AIDA 2 cursus takes 2,5 days (equiment and insurance included)
The course takes place in Dahab, in the heart of the Red Sea
Prerequisites :
- Be 18 years old or older (From age 16 with guardian consent)

The AIDA 3 cursus takes 3 days (equiment and insurance included)
The course takes place in Dahab, in the heart of the Red SeaÂ
Prerequisites :Â
Be 18 years old or older (From age 16 with guardian consent) / Have completed the AIDA 2 course or equivalent.
We will have :Â
1 static session / 1 dynamic session / 4 open water sessions
At the end will be able to :
Hold your breath for at least 2min45sec in static apnea
Swim with fins on at least 55 meters distance in apnea
Dive to a depth of 24 to 30 meters
Rescue your freediving buddy
With AIDA 3 you will reach an advanced level in freediving. You will deepen your knowledge of physiology as well as equalization. You will learn how to organize your training sessions, always in pairs, in order to increase your performance in complete safety.Â
You will finally know how to perform a free fall, apprehend this fabulous feeling of freedom, literally what everyone freedives for.

The AIDA 4 cursus takes 5 days (equiment and insurance included)
The course takes place in Dahab, in the heart of the Red SeaÂ
Prerequisites :Â
Be 18 years hold or older (From age 16 with guardian consent) / Have completed the AIDA 3 course or equivalent.
We will have :Â
1 static session / 2 dynamic sessions / 4 open water sessions
At the end you will be able to :
Hold your breath for at least 3min30sec in static apnea
Swim with fins on at least 70 meters distance in apnea
Dive to a depth of 32 to 38 meters
Be a good safety/buddy
Assist a freediving instructor
This course is designed for experienced freedivers who are ready to push their limits with precision, safety, and control. This is the final step before instructor-level training, focusing on advanced techniques, deep-water adaptation, and rescue mastery.
To be certified you will need to do your EFR (emergency first response) or FEMR (freediving emergency medical responder) – Available with our partner Big Blue Dahab
The AIDA 4 cursus takes 5 days (equiment and insurance included)
The course takes place in Dahab, in the heart of the Red SeaÂ
Prerequisites :
- Be 18 years old or older (From age 16 with guardian consent)
- Have completed the AIDA 3 course or equivalent.
We will have :
- 1 static session
- 2 dynamic sessions
- 4 open water sessions
At the end you will be able to :
- Hold your breath for at least 3min30sec in static apnea
- Swim with fins on at least 70 meters distance in apnea
- Dive to a depth of 32 to 38 meters

Perfect for a long stay in Dahab to be able to improve your knowledge and technique fastly.
Depending on your progression and ease on the first course you can a take day off or a coaching session between the two courses.

For a long stay only. To switch from Advanced to Master.
Depending on your progression and ease on the first course you can take a coaching session between the two courses. You will have to take at least 2 days off during the process.
