UNDERWATER DISCOVERY DAY - AIDA 1 - 99€

The AIDA 1 cursus takes 1 day (equiment and insurance included)

We will have : 

-1 static session

AIDA 2 - 300€

The AIDA 2 cursus takes 2,5 days (equiment and insurance included) 

We will have : 

-1 static session
-1 dynamic session

-3 open water sessions

At the end of the course you will be able to:

- Hold your breath for at least 2 minutes in static apnea

- Swim with fins on at least 40 meters distance in apnea

- Descend to a depth of 12 to 20 meters 

- Rescue your diving buddy

Aida 2 provides an introductory experience to underwater depths, you will learn to orient yourself and move underwater. 

You will touch on all the disciplines of freediving in order to discover their different “uses”. 

You will learn how to safely go on snorkeling trips with your buddy as well as the physiological bases allowing you to increase your apnea time. 

You will finally see that you are capable of going beyond what you thought possible.

AIDA 3 - 350€

The AIDA 3 cursus take 3 days (equiment and insurance included) 

We will have : 
-1 static session
-1 dynamic session
-4 open water sessions

At the end of the course you will be able to:
-Hold your breath for at least 2min45sec in static apnea
-Swim with fins for a at least 55 meters distance in apnea
-Descend to a depth of 24 to 30 meters
-Rescue your diving buddy

With AIDA 3 you will reach an advanced level in freediving. You will deepen your knowledge of physiology as well as equalization. You will learn how to organize your training sessions, always in pairs, in order to increase your performance in complete safety. 
You will finally know how to perform a free fall, apprehend this fabulous feeling of freedom, literally what everyone freedive for.

COMBO AIDA 2 + AIDA 3 - 600€

The combo take 2,5 + 3 days (equipment and insurance included)
Perfect for a long stay in Dahab to be able to improve your knowledge and technique fastly.
Depending on your progression and ease on the first course you can take day off or coaching session between the two courses.

Open water or pool session with video debriefing

Price : 45€* for 1 person / 40€* each for a group of 2 (equiment and insurance included) 

For beginners to experienced freedivers, to improve technique (finning, freefall, equalization, turns etc.).

*Session at Blue Hole 50€ supplement (taxi, National Park entry fee, permission and lunch included)
